  • Rest of the world (including Africa): 10–20 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Your location

    • Order weight

  • Free shipping is typically offered on orders above a certain amount (e.g. $50). 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

    • A confirmation email

    • A tracking number to monitor delivery in real time 

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • Zenova ships worldwide. 

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees:

    • Are the customer’s responsibility

6. Delays or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed or lost:

    • You can contact support

    • They will investigate with the courier 

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must ensure the shipping address is correct

  • Zenova is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
